How do I set up text message receipt?
You can check the options in the “Message push” of the mobile APP, select the “short message” button to open and display SMS push.
How do I set up weather?
Select Accept when the dialog box pops up when the watch is connected to the APP. Find the “Cyfit” APP in your phone’s Settings and check whether Bluetooth and Location are turned on.
The box there was no screen protector is it already installed on the screen?
Yes, it’s already on the screen.
Why was i watching a video on my phone and the sound comes out of the watch instead of the phone?
If you want the sound not to come out of the watch you can adjust the mode in the local music so that the sound will come out of the phone. But in this case you won’t be able to make or receive calls through the watch and you won’t be alerted to incoming calls.
Why didn’t my sleep monitor work?
Sleep monitoring took place between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next day.
Does this watch have to be connected to the app to operate the basic function? Like, heart rate?
Most of the features work without having to have my Bluetooth connected and APP to the phone， like heart rate, steps, and calories. But Bluetooth calls, SMS notifications, weather, and control camera require a connection to Bluetooth and APP.
Why any phone calls received were showing up on the watch but couldn’t answer them?
If all the capability of the watch is not functioning, check the power save mode on the watch.
