Glad I received such a great machine, but I find it difficult to operate

1- Make sure the accessories are complete.

2- Check if the machine is in good condition.

3- Remove the rubber stopper of the water tank before use.

When I used milk froth function of the machine, I found that the steam was weak. Has anyone dealt with this problem?

1/ Ensure the Steam Control knob is in START/STOP

2/Reset the MILK FROTHING Button to READY state.

3/inserting a pin up the Froth nozzle hole and remove after team wand cool down.

4/ Run Steam through the Steam wand for around 20s.

Today, the espresso machine didn’t come out the coffee suddenly. How to fix it?

3-The user accidentally activated the pump without a connected water supply;
