（3）After First Pairing：Just open the case, it will connects to your paired device automatically（If you didn’t delete it from your paired device).

-How to Solve Charging Issues

Clean the charging contact eartips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging.If it still doesn’t work, please con tact us for a free replacement within one year. Or other solutions.

-How to Solve Connection Issues（Reset your earbuds）

Place the earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are charging.Delete the pairing information on the phone.Take the earbuds out of the charging case, re-pair with your phone.If you want to use it on PC/TV, make sure your computer/TV have a bluetooth driver or a bluetooth receiver.When pairing the earbuds with a new device, please check if it is being connected with another paired device , otherwise, you need to disconnect them first, and then pair with the new device.If it still doesn’t work, please con tact us for a free replacement within one year.
